Job Description:

1. Utilize in-depth healthcare business principles, statistical data, and healthcare plan to advance critical business functions and decision making.
2. Develop data models to estimate the impact of different developments, examine findings and provide actionable and data-driven recommendations.
3. Analyze current healthcare processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop dashboard reports and management summaries that present data findings in a concise format.
5. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with the stakeholders to analyze, evaluate and implement changes in the system for better results.
6. Suggest strategies and plans for system & process enhancement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
2. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare domain.
3. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, electronic health records (EHR), and health informatics.
4. Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
