Senior Investment Analyst - Private Equity

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our client’s dynamic investment team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a top-tier sovereign wealth fund. The position provides broad exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, from research and due diligence to valuation, structuring, execution, and post-investment management across Private Equity and Private Credit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on macroeconomic trends, industries, and companies.
• Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and returns analysis.
• Support due diligence processes, including the review of advisor findings.
• Prepare internal reports and investment recommendations.
• Assist in portfolio performance analysis as needed.

Key Qualifications & Competencies:

• 2-3 years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or sovereign wealth fund, with a strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Exposure to credit assessment (e.g., restructuring experience) is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials from a leading university.
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative disciplines (Engineering, Mathematics preferred).
• Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, Master of Finance) or professional certification (CFA, ACA) preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build robust valuation and financial models from scratch.
• Strong commercial acumen and a keen interest in investments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently, often under pressure.
• Highly self-motivated, with a strong track record in deal execution.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
