Senior Interior Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Participate in client meetings to discuss design plans and gather feedback on preliminary designs.
2. Review Interior Fit Out documents to ensure that specifications meet design requirements.
3. Coordinate with Project Engineer and Sub-contractors to ensure that the project execution meets design specifications.
4. Create conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients.
5. Present design concepts to clients in order to gain approval of preliminary plans.
6. Manage design process from start to finish by overseeing sub-contractors, scheduling meetings with clients and other team members such as project teams, and communicate with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 5-8 years of working experience in Interior Fit Out Field.
2. Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
4. Excellent portfolio of previous works.
5. Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
6. Communication and presentation skills.
7. BS degree in Interior Design or similar field.
