Senior Interior Designer

• Assist in the development of various interior design projects across different typologies.
• Coordinate with the architects and other team members to integrate interior and architectural design elements effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design objectives are met.
• Understand the design requirements and other technical aspects of the project, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of deliverables at all phases from concept design through project completion.
• Assist in mentoring junior and intermediate interior designers.
• Handle projects from pre-concept to the IFC package.
• Prepare marketing materials and liaise with clients.
• Review pricing materials and value engineering strategies to maintain cost efficiency and project quality.
• Produce space plans, furniture plans, ceiling plans, elevations, interior & millwork details, and finished presentation documentation.
• Review drawings, materials, mockups, and finish samples submitted by project contractors to ensure design integrity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years working with international consulting companies in the UAE.
• Proficient in Revit/BIM delivery processes.
• Strong technical and design expertise with experience handling large-scale projects from concept to completion.
