Job Description: Senior Interior Designer

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design.
2. Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.

Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for interior design projects.
• Design Delivery: Lead the design process, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded. Create innovative and visually appealing interior design concepts while adhering to the client's budget.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the design within the constraints of the client's budget, providing cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead the interior junior designers and visualizers, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure that the design team develops cohesive and exceptional design concepts.
• Client Kick Off Meetings: Actively participate in client kick-off meetings and initial sales meetings, helping to establish the foundation for successful project outcomes.
• Client Meetings: Move between our offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as needed to attend client meetings, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring that project requirements are met effectively.
• Client Feedback Implementation: Work diligently to implement client feedback on design concepts. Provide guidance to both in-house and remote staff to ensure client comments are integrated effectively.
• Project Status Reporting: Maintain an updated record of project statuses using designated systems. Regularly report on the progress and milestones achieved in ongoing projects.
• Technical Drawings: Develop and revise technical drawings with the technical interior design team, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to regulations.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, team members, and project stakeholders is a must, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the design process.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, InDesign, and 3ds Max is essential to efficiently create, modify, and present design concepts.
