Senior Industry Engagement Executive

Job Description
The Industry Engagement Executive is responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive partnerships with relevant stakeholders. This role involves developing programs and initiatives that foster engagement between the organization and the industry, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing opportunities for knowledge exchange in support of UAEU and UAEU SIP in support of the SIP's core business.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Build and strengthen relationships with industry, private and public entities, organizations, academic institutions, regulators, investors, and relevant national and international stakeholders.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for industry stakeholders, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication.
3. Design and implement industry engagement programs, workshops, and seminars to promote collaboration and innovation.
4. Identify opportunities for joint ventures, partnerships, and sponsorships.
5. Attend industry conferences, networking events, and workshops to represent the organization and promote its initiatives.
6. Gather insights and feedback from industry partners to inform organizational strategy and program development.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.
8. Analyze data and produce reports to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies and programs.
9. Engage with senior management representatives, both internal and external to the UAEU SIP, to develop actionable, measurable business plans related to potential business partnerships.
10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align industry engagement efforts with broader organizational goals.
11. Develop strategic plans to enhance visibility and reputation.
12. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, highlighting partnership opportunities and organizational achievements.
13. Create marketing materials and communication campaigns to promote engagement initiatives with the support of relevant internal stakeholders.
14. Engage with market participants, industry groups, and investors to understand subject matter, including market intelligence, current industry thinking, and trends.
15. Perform routine reporting monthly related to Industry Engagement.
16. Coordinate meetings between the UAEU SIP CEO and potential partners.
17. Any other duties assigned by immediate line manager.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
4. Experience in drafting agreements with potential partners.
5. Excellent negotiation skills.
6. Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English.
7. Familiarity with the industry landscape and key players.
8. Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Expected Skills
3-5 years in administrative duties.
