Senior Incident Investigator

Responsibilities

1. Lead investigations into incidents related to health, safety, environment, and security within the oil and gas industry.
2. Collect, analyze, and preserve evidence to determine the root cause of incidents and develop recommendations for preventive measures.
3. Coordinate with various stakeholders including regulatory agencies and internal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Prepare detailed incident investigation reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions.
5. Conduct interviews with personnel involved in incidents to gather information and insights for the investigation process.
6. Review and interpret technical data related to oil and gas operations to support incident investigations.
