Job Description

• Lead the design and implementation of HVAC systems for large-scale commercial projects, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct detailed load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection to meet project specifications and client needs.
• Oversee the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and system manuals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
• Assist in the development of maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and regulations, incorporating best practices into system designs and upgrades.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that HVAC-related projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Perform site inspections and system evaluations to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions for improved system performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a Construction Company in UAE:

• Holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Supply & Maintenance of Chillers in UAE.
• Holds a UAE Driving License.
