Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Officer to handle key HR functions, including Payroll, Office Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Administer payroll, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and address payroll-related inquiries.

Office Operations: Manage office facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and office budgets to maintain smooth operations.

Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives to enhance morale and retention.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, handle HR documentation, and manage recruitment, onboarding, and attendance.

Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, manage legal queries, and update HR policies accordingly.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Experience: 3 years of HR experience, with experience in payroll, office operations, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Work Authorization: Must have the right to work in the UAE.

Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll systems, HR software, and excellent communication skills.
