Job description

Summary

This role will support the Sr. HR manager in the processing and implementations of HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits policies, processes and programs. The role collaborates with the HR team on supporting requests and employee queries, gather data, updating the HRIS, creating reports and data analytics, administer reward programs and conducting research where needed.

The Role

  • Support with the implementation of HR operations policies and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HRIS administration
  • Reflect changes and data updates to employee records and conduct sanity checks where needed.
  • Leverage data analytics and HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and data analytics techniques to analyze HR data, including compensation, benefits, and workforce demographics
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, monitor program effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Implement and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Partner with the Sr. HR Manager to develop total rewards strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR operations, compensation, benefits, and HR policies and procedures
  • Follow up with new joiners and hiring managers on probation period evaluations
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and support the resolution of employee concerns
  • Work with the HR Business Partners on the implementation of Performance Management process, consolidate results and ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare employee turnover reports and ensure processing EOS within the set time frame, and in compliance with the labor laws
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve event strategies and offerings and share them internally.
  • Proactively work on new initiatives, innovative, out of the box ideas to elevate the existing processes.
  • Provide the needed support to all employees in processing government procedures and requirements related to visa, residency and any state requirements related to job requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain good working relationships with other divisions/ departments/ work units and create liaisons point between cross functional communications
  • Conduct any other activities relevant to the job.

Competencies:

  • Bachelors, Business Administration, HR Management or Relevant Subjects
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in HR, at least 2 of which in compensation and benefits within a multinational or well-established governance entity. Minimum 2 years in the UAE
  • Strong excel skills, data management and analytics, Planning & Coordination, Time Management, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Creativity, problem solving and the ability to multitask
