Senior Human Resources Manager - Middle East (Luxury Retail)

We are seeking a talented Senior HR Manager to join our vibrant and diverse luxury retail team. If you excel in strategic thinking, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, we want to hear from you! The successful candidate will lead the HR strategy and expansion of retail business across the Middle East region, providing support with initiatives decided upon by business and retail leaders. The HR team led by you is accountable for the overall performance of the Human Resources function and provides value through effective HR business partnership, project leadership, employee development, safety leadership, and process improvement. This role provides an opportunity to work with enterprise functional partners at both store and corporate levels to develop and implement international strategic projects, fostering organizational growth. You will have proven ability in partnering leadership teams to assist an organisation in achieving its business objectives. To make a significant contribution to an organisation's business plan and strategy, you will have initiated and developed processes and services to support business strategies, delivering these through your HR team. Operating at an Executive level, you will have proven capability in operating in large, matrix unionised environments. Based in Dubai, you will have a regional remit.

About the Role - Execute Corporate and Regional talent management, leadership and professional development within the framework provided by Corporate, localizing and repurposing content and delivery methods to meet regional/country talent management goals. Interpret results of assessment tools and facilitate large group/ individual post-assessment discussions. Align training development and delivery with talent management program to support employee development needs of employees. Develop and deliver regional learning contents (e.g. delegation, presentation skills, workload management, performance management, culture) that are aligned to organizational needs and Leadership Competency Framework. Measure effectiveness of training programs by examining learners satisfaction levels, competence, job performance and results to business. Demonstrating guidance and support to the senior leadership population and their teams by creating best practice standards across this business area. Working within the Ulrich model, you will manage and continually and develop your team of HR business partners, often operating on a remote basis. You will be an active member of the HR Leadership team, and the business areas Senior Management Team.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree

Required Skills - A minimum of 15 years of prior experience in Human Resources Functions, including a minimum of 5 years in a management position. Relevant experience gained within a luxury retail environment, leading a HR function. Demonstrable experience aligning HR goals and objectives with the retail business goals, combined with a strong understanding of the business. In-depth knowledge of employment practices and UAE labour laws. Strong employment relations experience handling complex, performance management issues, disputes and grievances.
