The Senior HR Manager will focus on performance management, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is crucial in ensuring employee engagement, resolving conflicts, and aligning individual goals with organizational objectives, all while maintaining a productive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management: Design, implement, and manage performance management systems to align employee goals with company objectives. Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching for continuous development.
Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address concerns. Provide guidance on company policies and ensure a fair, consistent, and transparent process in handling employee issues.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, inclusivity, and collaboration. Develop initiatives that boost employee morale, engagement, and satisfaction.
Coaching & Development: Support managers in delivering constructive feedback and coaching to employees. Assist in developing training programs that promote personal and professional growth.
Employee Recognition: Create and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and motivate high performance.
Talent Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for growth and retention.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all HR practices, including performance management and employee relations, comply with labor laws and company policies.
Data & Reporting: Utilize HR data to generate insights, track key performance metrics, and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new employees, and support offboarding for departing employees to ensure a positive exit experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in HR, focusing on performance management and employee relations, in a real estate development company.
Strong knowledge of performance management systems, conflict resolution, and employee engagement strategies.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to influence and work closely with senior leadership and department heads.
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on building a positive work environment.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and workplace compliance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
