Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and department heads on HR-related matters.
Drive organisational change and culture initiatives to support company goals.
Operational HR Management
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global corporate policies.
Lead the implementation and management of HRIS and other digital tools to streamline processes.
Talent Management & Development
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Lead the design and implementation of learning and development programs to foster employee growth.
Manage succession planning and career development initiatives.
Design and implement competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
Regularly review market trends to ensure the organisation remains an employer of choice.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Create an inclusive and engaging work environment.
Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
Work closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency in policies and practices.
Lead cross-border HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global HR strategy.
Qualifications:
Experience:
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior roles within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries.
Proven track record in a multinational, matrixed environment.
Strong operational HR expertise with hands-on experience in managing HR functions.
