Job description

The Senior HR Manager will lead and manage the human resources strategy, operations, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company performance.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in line with labor laws and company policies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Performance Management & Learning Development

  • Drive the performance management process, ensuring goal setting, feedback, and career development planning.
  • Identify training needs and oversee the design and implementation of learning and development programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Develop competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll, benefits administration, and labor regulations.
  • Benchmark and analyze salary trends to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
  • Oversee HR systems and technology to optimize HR processes and reporting.
  • Lead HR audits, compliance checks, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in HR digital transformation, HR analytics, and change management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
