Job Description
Recruitment & Staffing for UAE:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews and selection process.
- Work closely with Departmental Heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create & Maintain CV database / Job Portal management.
- Job Posting on external / internal sites.
- Ensure hiring approvals, pre-employment reports are secured before sharing details for offer letter issue.
- Oversee the proper induction training & onboarding process of new joins.
- Send email with all details and docs for offer and Visa process to internal Team member.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, ticket disbursements and other benefits schedules.
- POC for all management on advice on salary brackets, grades etc.
- Medical / Accident insurance problem resolution if any - coordination with provider.
- SAP related activities if required as team responsibility.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and disciplinary matters.
- Execution of Employee Engagement / Wellness Programs / Calendar Execution.
- Administer Employee Engagement Surveys.
- Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrate improvements to enhance employee engagements & happiness.
Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes, including tracking performance review schedules and providing guidance on setting goals.
- Assist HoD in addressing performance issues and helping employees meet performance expectations.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate or deliver training programs related to compliance, soft skills, leadership development, and other relevant topics.
- Identify employee development needs and support career growth initiatives.
- Plan and execute quarterly HR and Safety meetings for drivers and keep relevant records.
- Coordinate and execute learning and training sessions as per departmental needs and operational requirements.
- Develop a Culture for L & D / Execute Training calendar.
- Maintain records of all training certifications & feedback forms for compliance and future reference.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct audits of HR processes to ensure adherence to organizational policies.
- Ensure all compliance related to recruitment is followed for all UAE staff.
- Maintain all HR SOP and documentation and validated.
HR Administration:
- Assist the team with any HR goals / actions required to be completed as per management directives.
- Work closely with Team to create internal bonding and team spirit.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in a key HR role in a large organization of 200+ workforce, with a broad understanding of HR practices and work experience & examples to demonstrate results.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, SAP / HRMS systems, employee relations practices, recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel (basic formulas), PowerPoint).
- Good People skills and friendly disposition.
