Senior Human Resources Executive

Our client is a leading retailer in the region and is looking to hire a Senior HR Executive in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
2. Work closely with senior management to develop policies and procedures.
3. Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
4. Drive the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the team.
5. Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.

You're a good fit if you have

1. 4 years of relevant experience in the Human Resource domain.
2. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
3. MBA Degree in Human Resources (preferred).
4. Positive go-getter attitude.
5. Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable.
