Job Overview:
The Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert HR guidance and support to senior leadership and management teams. This role will focus on driving HR initiatives, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, recommending proactive solutions.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent gaps, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Oversee the implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Organizational Development: Drive organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Develop and implement programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
- Facilitate leadership development and training programs to build managerial capabilities.
- Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet future business needs.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Develop strategies to address talent gaps and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Employee Experience: Design and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience and engagement.
- Conduct employee surveys and use feedback to drive improvements in workplace culture and practices.
- Develop programs that support employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk to the organization.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and employee satisfaction.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and HRIS management.
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
About You:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS system.
