Senior HSE Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation, delivering exceptional results, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong proficiency in data analysis and process improvement to achieve growth goals, along with expertise in Agile methodologies, market analysis, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional teams to boost user engagement and deliver innovative product features.
2. Utilize GIS data to enhance app experiences with location-based features, connecting users to nearby events and businesses.
3. Oversee end-to-end product management, guiding strategies from ideation to launch using market insights and CRM data.
4. Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, marketing, and support teams to drive Agile development and communication.
5. Manage resources, prioritize tasks, and maintain project schedules using Jira and Asana for on-time delivery.
6. Demonstrate strong communication, technical prowess, and customer advocacy to integrate innovative solutions such as cryptocurrency and e-commerce capabilities.
7. Conduct market analysis to develop and implement strategies for product development and growth.
8. Utilize CRM data to provide customer-centric insights and personalized product recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design & Management or related field.
2. Certified PMP, Scrum Master, and Professional Certification in Project Management preferred.
3. Multilingual proficiency (English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) is a plus.
4. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, market analysis, and effective communication.
5. Proficient in tools such as Jira, Asana, and SAP.
6. Strong technical skills and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
7. Excellent team leadership, stakeholder communication, and business requirements gathering skills.
