Senior HSE Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Health & Safety/Environmental Management or Equivalent.
• Minimum Graduate Membership of internationally recognized Safety Association e.g., NEBOSH, CSP etc.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of SH&E regulations, requirements for construction projects and awareness of all hazards likely to exist on construction sites.
• Experience in the UAE with OSH standards (Minimum of 2+ years).
• Large Scale Project Experience is required (15k or more total manpower).

Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Marine Construction Experience is Preferred.
• Must demonstrate appropriate ongoing Continued Professional Development.
• Must possess leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of SH&E officers.
• Proactive acumen and an ability to manage multiple working areas on site are essential.
• Experience in managing HSE personnel performing civil engineering works such as dredging, reclamation, ground improvement, trenching, tunneling, bridges, piling, duct banks, quay wall, beach formation, rock revetment, canals, sheet piling, concrete piling, hydraulic piling, etc.
