Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HRIS Developer to join our team. In this key role, you will drive the automation and optimization of HR processes, create non-native integrations between HR systems, and develop robust audit and reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with internal HR teams and senior executives to deliver scalable solutions and ensure seamless operations across the HR ecosystem. As a Senior HRIS Developer, you will:

1. Automate HR processes: Design and implement automation solutions for HR processes across the entire cycle using both low-code tools and custom coding.
2. Develop integrations: Build and enhance non-native integrations between HR systems to ensure accurate data flow and minimize errors.
3. Data audits and reporting: Develop automated auditing systems to detect and resolve system issues. Create automated reports for internal and external stakeholders based on their needs.
4. Integrate new HR tools: Seamlessly integrate new HR tools into the existing HR ecosystem as per business requirements.
5. Present and refine solutions: Present your solutions to senior executives, defend your choices, and adjust your approach based on feedback.
6. Documentation and training: Create both technical and user-friendly documentation. Develop training materials to ensure smooth adaptation to new processes and systems.

1. Proven experience in HR process automation and HR systems management (3 years minimum).
2. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Strong technical proficiency, including Python (enough to create non-native integrations using API).
4. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms (e.g., low-code solutions like Zenphi, Zapier, or Jira automation).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to senior business stakeholders.
7. Strong accountability, ensuring tasks are completed on time with a focus on quality.
