About the Role
As the Senior HR Manager Compensation and Benefits, you will design and implement strategies that ensure our employees feel valued and motivated. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, working with senior leadership to shape policies that align with our vision while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define and execute a Total Rewards philosophy that supports our mission and values.
- Develop and implement reward programs, including wellness, base pay, incentives, and benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead job evaluations and organizational design initiatives to enhance agility and alignment with strategic goals.
- Continuously refine HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application and alignment with industry trends.
- Benchmark and analyze market trends to introduce innovative and competitive compensation programs.
- Identify process improvements in benefits administration, ensuring affordability, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and influence decision-making.
- Monitor legislative changes and market developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design inclusive and innovative rewards programs.
- Provide guidance and leadership to ensure a seamless implementation of compensation and benefits policies.

What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in a senior compensation and benefits role, ideally within a large organization.
- Expertise in job evaluation systems (e.g., Hay), market benchmarking, and remuneration trends.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex projects to completion.
