We are looking for a Senior HR Manager for our Dubai location in the Oil & Energy sector. We prefer candidates with experience in the same industry.

Job Title: HR Manager

Department: HR & Admin

Required Experience: 8-10 years

Job Type: Onsite

Job Timing: 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Location: Sharjah - UAE

Contract Duration: 3 years

Salary: 8-10k AED per month

Food, Accommodation, and Traveling Ticket: As per Company Policy

Qualifications: MBA in HR

Nationality Preference: Indian Nationality with UAE Experience

Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi & English

Experience Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of blue and white-collar employees
• Complete employee life cycle management
• Team management
• Formation and implementation of new policies as required
• Payroll management
• All other HR-related jobs and activities

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Experience in UAE
