Job Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyse HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to compensation & benefits, payroll, recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.
- Consolidate salary data, update it into the designated template, and communicate with all agency stakeholders to ensure the entire process of salary increments and bonuses is managed from start to finish.
- Develop and finalise internal pay bands for UAE and GCC countries by analysing the current salary structure, recruitment data and market trends.
- Work with insurance brokers to create competitive, cost-effective benefits packages for the organisation; facilitate implementation and enrolment for insurance plans.
- Conduct analysis based on ad hoc requests from management, including DE&I scorecards, and prepare presentations for the HR management executive committee. Additionally, support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Manage and coordinate staff long service awards/recognition events and processes.
- Manage employee annual airfare cost in HRMS.
- Manage and analyse the Manpower budget and submit it to management on every budget review.
- Perform regular data cleanup to remove inconsistencies and outdated information.
- Collaborate with relevant HRBP’s to streamline data management processes.
- Manage senior management employees (CEO, CFO, CTO) compensation and data management in HRMS.
- Develop and maintain all HR reports on Power BI.
- Research employee benefits in similar industries; based on findings, recommend changes or updates to the company’s existing benefits or policies.
- Provide support in all personnel and employee-related matters including fact-finding, researching practices, implementing quality control and tracking, updating employee policies, coordinating logistics, and implementation of work standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organisation HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
