We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to join our team within a dynamic technology company. This role is pivotal in managing HR operations, supporting the onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and facilitating HR initiatives.
Manage office supplies, employee access cards, and relationships with travel booking and cleaning providers.
Ensure health and safety policies are up-to-date and implemented.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Experience in HR with knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software (preferably Bamboo), excellent organizational skills, and project management experience.
Attributes: Independent work ethic, collaborative approach, calm under pressure, attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.con, Asana, Jira).
Experience in SMEs or high-growth environments.
HR Administration: Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, process onboarding and contractual changes, and manage employee records.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process from contract signing to first-day activities, including week-one check-ins and probation process facilitation.
HRIS Management: Manage queries and troubleshoot issues related to the HR information system (Bamboo), escalating when necessary.
Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processes, manage employee benefit programs, and liaise with benefit providers.
Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment cycles for interns and contractors.
Compliance and Documentation: Support compliance with immigration regulations, track employee visas, and ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed.
Culture and Environment: Nurture a positive working environment and act as a ‘culture carrier’ across the company.
