The role of the Senior HR Business Partner – Recruitment will involve utilizing recruitment technology applications and agreed end-to-end processes to provide recruitment services across all areas of the business.
A key component of this role is to design innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the market place in a cost-effective manner. This is a key role that requires a responsive and client-facing individual.
