Our client, a leading organization within the Facilities Management and Construction sector, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Leader to drive strategic HR initiatives and oversee a diverse workforce that includes a significant blue-collar employee base. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in both white-collar and blue-collar HR management.

1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, advise senior leadership, and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred).
2. CIPD qualification preferred.
3. Proven senior HR leadership experience in Facilities Management or Construction.
4. Expertise in managing a blue-collar workforce.
5. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
