Damen Middle East Shared Services located in UAE is part of Damen Global Support and provides support services for the divisions of Damen Shipyards Group in the areas of various expertise like Finance, Audit, Legal and Compliance.

Qualification

- Masters / CIPD level, 5-8 yrs experience in UAE

The Role

The Role is a HR Business Partner for the Middle East. The role will play a crucial part in aligning with all UAE regulations. Having prior experience as an HR advisor is desired, especially for UAE Mainland & Freezone jurisdiction regulations.

Key Accountabilities

• Advising on UAE laws & regulations
• Advising Management/Group HR on a regular basis
• Personnel and Payroll Administration
• Compensation & Benefits
