Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of proven experience as an HR professional in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing/ trading related business
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Hong Kong, China, and other overseas regions.
- Strong leadership ss with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication ss, with the ability to build effective relationships.
