Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage the recruitment and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
- Manage employee benefits and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs for employees.
- Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Oversee HR-related administrative tasks, such as leave management and expense reporting.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by managing the HR function effectively.
Requirements:
- Resource to be based in Anywhere in India.
- Experience in end-to-end operations and managing recruitment.
