Senior Graphic Designer

Nybl is looking for our next generation of awesome designers to join our rapidly growing team. As an all-round Designer, you will have outstanding taste and a creative approach to brand-led design, with a fantastic portfolio showcasing a phenomenal eye for layout, imagery, typography, and color - along with examples of work with motion and video.

Responsibilities

1. Design artworks and edit layouts, while applying established standards and formats from the Company’s or Client’s Branding Guidelines.
2. Work directly with the Art Director and collaborate with other Designers to review artworks, text, and other materials, to guarantee design consistency.
3. Design and produce ready visual graphics, including brochures, flyers, presentations, charts, tables, illustrations, posters, infographics, social media posts, and icons.
4. Produce graphic content in line with agreed design briefs for any given task or project, for both on-screen and print graphics.
5. Serve as part of a functional team to complete assignments according to schedule.
6. Modify existing artwork as required.
7. Create animated posts and edit existing motion graphics templates using Adobe After Effects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or related field.
2. Minimum 4+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of related projects.
3. Proficiency in designing across all digital channels (web, video/social, print).
4. Proven ability to visually depict accurate information and project concepts when developing graphics and creating presentations.
5. The ability to create both static and animated graphics.
6. Technical competence in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and Acrobat.
7. Comfortable with working in English and Arabic layouts.
