As a Graphic Designer, you will bring your 10 years of experience to the table, guiding the creative process, and producing exceptional designs across a wide spectrum of deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership: Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior designers, inspiring the team to achieve excellence in design work and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Conceptualisation and Execution: Lead the conceptualisation and development of design projects, from initial ideation to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with project goals.
Diverse Deliverables: Oversee the creation of designs for reports, marketing collateral, bids, presentations, digital platforms, and other internal and external communication materials.
Branding and Identity: Take a leading role in maintaining brand consistency and contributing to the evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs reflect the organisation's visual identity.
Pre-Press and Print: Expertly prepare files for print, coordinating with production teams and external vendors to ensure seamless production and impeccable print quality.
Digital Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in creating captivating digital designs for web, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, with a focus on user experience. Knowledge of Visio and SharePoint is a plus.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and coordinating project timelines.
Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, integrating innovative ideas into the design process.
Time and Resource Management: Efficiently manage projects, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest level of design craftsmanship.
Continuous Improvement: Share industry knowledge and best practices with the team, supporting the growth of design capabilities across the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years experience as a Graphic Designer in a multi-disciplinary design environment, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant design software. Familiarity with prototyping tools, motion graphics, and other advanced design technologies is a plus.
Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, guiding and inspiring a design team to achieve outstanding results.
