Design visually compelling and impactful marketing materials, including print and digital collaterals, event graphics, diagrams, templates, and image compositions for internal and external stakeholders.
Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Create original illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance communication and engagement.
Refine images, typography, and layouts using professional design software.
Develop innovative visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas and promote products/services.
Enhance user experience (UI/UX) in digital products by ensuring intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials by adhering to company brand guidelines and design principles.
Edit and optimise graphics, logos, and illustrations, using both digital and traditional techniques.
Collaborate with Design, Communications and Marketing Managers and other Graphic Designers to align visuals with branding and project goals.
Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including templates and presentations.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain an innovative approach.
Ensure all final visuals are high-quality, visually appealing, and on-brand.
Work closely with marketing and communication teams to meet deadlines and project objectives.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (portfolio required as Behance link). Experience with a multinational advertising agency is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Keynote.
Knowledge of 3D modeling applications and 3D/2D animation is a plus.
Strong aesthetic and design composition skills, with expertise in typography, color theory, and layouts.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Excellent layout, analytical, and organisational skills.
Photography skills are a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Basic understanding of the defence industry (preferred, but not required).
