Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to make strategic decisions, write and test clean code and lead a team of developers on a fast-growing start-up team.

About the Role:

• Take ownership of the company's technical strategy.
• Provide expert guidance and leadership to an existing team of developers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Hands-on development of architectural solutions that ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Evaluate tech stacks, tools, and frameworks and make improvements and suggestions where required.
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure that all solutions meet compliance standards and security policies.

About You:

• Proven experience building high-performing software.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• 5+ years experience in software engineering.
• Deep understanding of and proven experience with the following: MERN stack, Next.js, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, AWS.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions.
• Confidence in communicating effectively in written and spoken English.
• Highly driven, ambitious, and self-motivated.
