We are an innovative SaaS platform that connects brands with UGC creators and influencers. Our platform enables businesses to collaborate with content creators through gifting, fixed fees, subscriptions, and revenue sharing. With a robust dashboard for brands, advanced analytics, and planned AI-powered features, we are scaling rapidly and need a Full Stack Developer to enhance, maintain, and optimize our software.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our web platform. You will play a key role in the development process, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integrations with third-party services. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the product and work closely with the leadership team to shape its future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Feature Development: Implement and enhance platform features, including campaign management, analytics dashboards, and referral systems.
2. Frontend Development: Build and refine UI components using React.js, ensuring an intuitive user experience.
3. Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services with Node.js (Express.js/NestJS preferred).
4. Database Management: Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
5. Infrastructure & Deployment: Deploy and maintain services on DigitalOcean (backend) and Vercel (frontend).
6. Third-Party Integrations: Work on integrations with payment gateways, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and affiliate tracking systems.
7. Performance & Security: Optimize platform performance and implement security best practices.
8. Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure platform reliability.
9. Scalability & Architecture: Improve platform scalability and establish a strong foundation for future AI-powered features.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and product team to align development with business goals.

Job Requirements

1. Experience: 6+ years as a Full Stack Developer, ideally in a SaaS or marketplace-based business.
2. Frontend: Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js (preferred), and deployment on Vercel.
3. Backend: Advanced knowledge of Node.js (Express.js/NestJS preferred) for building scalable applications.
4. Database: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
5. Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying and managing applications on DigitalOcean.
6. Third-Party Integrations: Familiarity with integrating payment gateways (e.g., Stripe), e-commerce APIs (e.g., Shopify), and affiliate tracking systems.
7. Testing & CI/CD: Knowledge of Jest, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
8. Agile Development: Experience working in Agile environments with Git and version control best practices.
9. Problem-Solving: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills.
10. Communication: Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setup.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with AI/ML integrations in SaaS platforms (for future AI-powered features).
2. Background in influencer marketing or e-commerce SaaS.
3. Knowledge of data analytics tools.
