5. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
6. Train and mentor junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge in financial auditing.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial auditing to continuously improve audit processes.
9. Conduct special investigations as needed to address fraud, misconduct, or other irregularities.
10. Prepare audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management and regulatory authorities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is required.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial auditing or accounting.
4. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and regulations.
5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
