Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for a Global FMCG company based in UAE on a short-term contract basis for 6 months.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension based on business requirements)

Salary: 22,000 - 25,000 AED per month

Hybrid working model, working from the office 2-3 days a week.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) and ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven track record of working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support key business decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
• Analyze business performance and identify areas of cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage financial data in accordance with corporate policies and standards.
• Present financial findings to senior stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
