Senior Financial Accountant

Job Responsibilities

1. Consolidate financial data from the Company, subsidiaries, and joint venture entities.
2. Conduct financial statement review, analysis, and preparation.
3. Research accounting literature to address current issues in accounting and financial reporting.
4. Perform analysis, make recommendations, and prepare responses on consolidation matters.
5. Prepare confidential and technical financial reports and forecasts.
6. Coordinate with auditors and offer full support for audit/review of consolidated financial statements.
7. Offer financial expertise to subsidiaries, joint ventures, or within the Company.
8. Provide support for Joint Venture and M&A integration from a financial statement perspective.
9. Offer ad hoc financial expertise as needed.
