Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting functions of the Bank in accordance with relevant accounting standards, establishing effective internal control systems and policies.
• Prepare and manage periodic reports required by regulatory bodies including balance sheet management.
• Handle asset and liability management, including liquidity risk, market risk, and interest rate risk management.
• Support business teams with liquidity and transaction management, analyze margins, variances, and costs.
• Develop annual budget for the Bank and perform regular performance assessment and reporting.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA/CPA/ACCA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting within the banking industry; ideally in a Category 1 Bank in DFSA or ADGM.
• Previous or current authorization from the DFSA is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
