Senior Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to collaborate with our top management team in providing strategic budget recommendations, ensuring contract adherence and reporting, and overseeing internal operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience, 5 of which should be in the UAE and the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with top management to provide budget recommendations and ensure contract adherence and reporting
• Analyze internal operations, revenue potential, and economic trends to identify areas for improvement
• Oversee operations by working with internal teams and external agencies (payroll, benefits, recruitment)
• Monitor business performance using tracking tools and implement corrective steps as necessary
• Prepare thorough reports for earnings calls and APR status, updating the management team

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management
• 5 years of experience in the UAE and the real estate sector
• Strong familiarity with UAE risk management procedures and corporate finance legislation
• Excellent forecasting techniques and data analysis skills
• Knowledgeable about financial management software and Microsoft Office (SAP, Oracle Netsuite)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus
