Job Description

As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. Your role will also involve providing guidance to junior finance staff and collaborating with other departments to support business objectives. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with stakeholders in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and goals.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and investment activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Perform financial analysis to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
• Train and mentor junior finance staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Extensive experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
