Position Overview: NCH is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join its executive team as a Senior Finance Director. The candidate will be in charge of overseeing all financial operations, strategy, and planning. This role is integral to the success of NCH, reporting into the CEOs and requiring a deep understanding of the healthcare distribution industry. This leader will collaborate with senior management to drive sustainable growth, ensure financial discipline, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled team manager, and possess strong technical expertise to navigate the complexities of corporate finance, treasury management, and compliance, shaping NCH's financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial health and growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Provide financial leadership to the executive team and board of directors, aligning financial strategies with NCH's growth goals.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and plans to enhance business profitability.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to offer actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead financial due diligence for partnerships and manage engagement with external auditors.

Tax and Audit Management:

• Oversee VAT and corporate tax compliance and implementation, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
• Manage external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits and tax filings.
• Address queries from auditors and tax authorities, maintaining transparency and compliance.

Financial Operations Management:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensure financial compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, risk management, and internal audits.

Team Management and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to maximize revenues, control expenses, and maintain financial discipline.
• Ensure team accountability for achieving financial objectives and KPIs.

Business Partnership and Advisory:

• Work closely with department heads to craft and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Advise on launching new products and initiatives, providing financial perspective to support decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners.

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Synthesize complex financial data to help the C-suite make informed decisions.
• Drive the development of revenue and earnings goals while ensuring cash flow stability.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and consult with the CEOs to ensure revenue and expenses are balanced.

Corporate Finance and Risk Management:

• Lead the company's corporate finance initiatives, including valuations, capital allocation, and financing strategies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard NCH's financial health.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific financial regulations and standards.

Process Improvement and Technology Optimization:

• Continuously enhance financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leverage technology, including ERP systems, to optimize financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and CA or ACCA or CIMA. An MBA or advanced degree in Finance is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Industry-specific knowledge in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or healthcare distribution is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in treasury, cash flow management, corporate finance, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
