Senior Finance and Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Plan, design, and develop curricula for accounting, finance, and other business domains within This Company Business School.
2. Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various business segments, such as Controllers, Treasury, Group Finance, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit, to develop courses.
3. Collaborate with SMEs to co-deliver courses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learning outcomes.
4. Identify and recommend new course offerings, based on industry trends and organizational needs.
5. Continuously update course materials with new knowledge and best practices.
6. Participate in planning initiatives aimed at enhancing talent development within the Finance Service Line and This Company.
7. Successfully complete ad-hoc tasks as required to support the goals of the Finance Talent Development Department (FTDD) and This Company Business School.
