Senior Field Service Engineer

Our PrimeServ Marine & Power division in Dubai is looking for Senior Service Engineers.

We can offer you the following tasks:

1. Responsible for his team and his own work tasks as required by seniors from time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilities.
2. Able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
3. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems, or processes to meet requirements.
4. Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.
5. Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of service & maintenance, including selection of methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs.
6. Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and recommend remedial actions.
7. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
8. Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems.
9. Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems or needs.
10. Write performance requirements for engineering projects.
11. Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of workers, technicians, technologists, or other engineers.
12. Provide technical customer service.
13. Establish or coordinate the maintenance or safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition.
14. Work on complex engine problems.
15. Develop technically optimized solutions.
16. Coordinate a team of field service engineers.

You can help us with these qualifications:

1. University degree in Engineering with related work experience or comparable vocational education with related work experience.
2. Results-driven, with the ability to develop and retain key business, consultant, and customer relationships.
3. Ability to liaise and communicate at all levels in the business.
