We are looking for a talented Field Marketing Manager to grow the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program across the Africa, Middle East, and Turkey (AMET) region. This role will be a crucial part of a global marketing team and strategy; providing local audience insights, business team connections, and Arabic language specialism in rolling out this global program for the region.
This Field Marketing Manager will build and manage the marketing program for Amazon DSP across multiple countries in the AMET region, consisting of UAE, KSA, Egypt, Turkey, and South Africa. You will be responsible for attracting prospective DSP candidates across the region using brand and performance marketing strategies to raise awareness of the program, drive consideration through lead generation, and convert interest into candidate applications.
Key job responsibilities
- Own market research of local audiences to identify insights and targeting strategies
- Work with global brand owners and local business teams to create relevant positioning for each country
- Creation of marketing launch strategy to support business goals, in conjunction with central strategy teams on paid channels, SEO, martech and content
- Own regional budget with accountability on spend and efficiency targets
- Recruit and manage local agency partners to manage paid media
- Work with global agency partners on localizing efforts
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation and applications of prospective DSPs
- Creation of annual and quarterly campaign strategies, including creating agency briefs, planning workflows, agency management and reporting
- Automate and improve triggered communication throughout the customer journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best-in-class experience across the marketing funnel.

- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
- MBA
This role is based in Dubai but will require travel as required and will report into the Head of Marketing (based in London).
