Monitor social media platforms of all HH organizations on a daily basis for conversion rates, reach, and engagement.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Later.com, and internal communications tools like Brevo to analyze data from social media platforms of all HH organizations.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor developments and share insights with the organizations’ representatives and the line manager.
Conduct market research regularly and analyze data to comprehend audience behavior and what attracts their attention.
Develop and carry out social media initiatives in accordance with the overarching objectives of the organizations’ practices.
Contribute to the social media strategy of HHEO and related entities and liaise with them for collecting data to develop content.
Contribute to planning and carrying out social media campaigns and unified posts.
Analyze the success of social media campaigns and initiatives in all HH organizations’ accounts and make necessary marketing adjustments.
Attend conferences and activities related to social media and marketing.
Keep abreast of the most recent developments in social media trends and technology.
Analyze the organizations’ competitors’ presence and activities on social media platforms and work on generating methods to maintain being ahead of the competitors’ objectives.
Implement social media strategy and develop the plan, determine objectives, establish what needs to be accomplished and define how it will be done.
Actively engage in dialogue and monitor online community interactivity.
Monitor the internet for any positive or negative feedback about the organizations, and then follow up on the feedback, in line with the social media policy and in coordination with the line manager.
Monitor trends and encourage adoption of social media tools to ensure that HHEO is reaching the maximum number of engaged users who eventually turn into followers.
Use social networking analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of different channels (e.g., X Counter, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to measure traffic, impressions, and user-engagement activity).
Maintain constant contact with all HH organizations to communicate public feedback, complaints, and conversations surrounding the HH organizations and related sectors.
Educate employees on the importance of social media and the implementation of new technologies and campaigns, as well as promote social media activities internally.
Keep the CCD staff in all sections informed about new algorithm picks in all social media platforms and related visibility requirements.
Assist in auditing and approving selected social media influencers based on the related standards of HHEO and Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), to promote the organization on their pages and investigate their online presence.
Perform any other tasks or projects as directed by the line manager.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing, or any related field.
3 to 5 years of experience managing and analyzing social media.
At least one certification in a specialized category in social media.
