Job description
  • Provide personalized jewellery consultations to high-net-worth clients.
  • Drive sales by offering expert advice on jewellery collections, trends, and custom designs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop new sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Train and mentor junior sales executives to improve overall team performance.
  • Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers for customized jewellery orders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging market demands.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and exclusive events.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, inventory management, and showroom presentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-end clientele.
  • Target-oriented with a strong sales and business development mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and confident appearance.
