Logistics Strategy

1. Ensure regular assessment of policies, procedures and guidelines and review them from time to time as per the concept supply chain requirements
2. Set up a process workflow for stock movements
3. Study the requirement of any new market and present the logistic challenges in the market in consultation with the corporate team

Logistics Operations

1. Provide end to end visibility of inventory from source to store
2. Responsible for PO management – ensure timely release of POs with 100% accuracy.
3. Ensure timely handover of goods by Suppliers for shipment sailing
4. Ensure proper documentation for timely clearance of containers from ports
5. Work with Warehouse teams to ensure timely receiving and launch of inventory in stores
6. Keep track of Shortage/Excess/Damage and getting claims thereof
7. Review Supply Chain processes and take initiatives for automation or improvements
8. Make weekly Inventory forecast, and ensure the actuals are in line with forecast
9. Work with cross functional teams and drive business decisions on inventory movement
10. Regularly review Freight and Logistics costs and ensure they are under control and in line with budgets
11. Analyze the Supply Chain volume and cost reports and circulate MIS reports to Management with proper insights
12. Work with Corporate Supply Chain team and ensure 100% adherence to Group Supply Chain policies
