About The Job:

The role holder is responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure that the performance standards and procedures of the FM services provider are in line with applicable standards and meet business objectives. The role holder is also responsible for scheduling inspections, generating inspection reports on non-compliance, and sharing the details with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that all deviations to standards are escalated and corrective actions are completed.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Engineering is preferred.
• Professional qualification in facilities management (IWFM) or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, facilities management, inspection, or a similar field.
• Good standard of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to utilize available resources effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent analytical skills and data collection abilities.
• Very organized and systematic.
• Ability to maintain and retrieve records quickly and efficiently.
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to change.
• Knowledge of quality monitoring.
• Advanced organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Works well in a team environment.
