The Senior Executive Integrated Planning will be responsible for the quality of the digital and offline media products for their allocated clients and team, including the development of media objectives & KPIs, and developing technical skills that increase performance and optimization. Proactively offer innovative solutions and best practices. The Senior Executive Integrated Planning is responsible for overall client satisfaction, managing and liaising with all internal stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are driving product excellence.
Responsibilities
Product, Planning, and Pitching
- Deep knowledge and skillset across all areas of digital (display, video, social and mobile, RTB, programmatic, social, and content).
- Deep knowledge of technical digital systems and research tools, especially programmatic and performance technologies, and how to use these in innovative ways for client briefs.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in performance: campaign set-up, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
- Responsible for overall digital planning and performance optimization.
- Works with the client servicing and planning team to drive communications planning and new ways of thinking in line with digital offerings.
- Full control of the digital execution and optimization deliverables.
- Proficient campaign management skills to ensure correct digital deliverables.
- Define KPI baselines and goals, analyze paid platform results, and provide key takeaways to the team and clients.
- Constantly work to improve campaign performance through real-time optimizations, strategic recommendations through insights collection, and generally strive to over-deliver for clients.
- Maintain campaign pacing reports to ensure campaigns deliver in full KPIs previously planned.
- Create Excel pivots, charts and graphs as well as develop actionable insights for client-facing campaign reporting.
- Provides direction regarding competitive reporting and media planning and carries overall responsibility for preparation, format, interpretation, and presentation to Clients.
- Maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Promote an open working environment where opinions, views, and ideas can be shared.
- Ensure best practices with other teams in the agency.
- Contributes to innovation and idea generation when needed.
- Acts as a knowledge hub for team members and is at the very forefront of emerging technologies and digital trends.
- Has an understanding of the integrated media mix and market.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with multi-stakeholders.

Required Skills/Experience:
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables and macros.
- Google Ads and Meta Certified are a plus.
