Maintain HR operational documents such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc.
Conduct on-boarding and induction activities.
Manage HR operations including preparing and maintaining personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.
Support employee engagement activities within the Company.
Assist in preparing monthly management manpower reports.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team.
Manage employees' grievances and escalate to HR Manager if necessary.
Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Determine and recommend employee relations practices to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Manage medical claims and clearance for employees.
Support delivery of reports within scope.
Support key HR activities such as annual compensation review, talent management, and FAB projects.
Review salary bands and benefits and make recommendations.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Assist in any other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
Well versed in UAE Labour Laws.
Candidate must possess at least 5-6 years of working experience in a related field.
English proficiency is mandatory.
Ability in multi-tasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in managing all stakeholders, including senior management.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capabilities in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
